Whitney Merced at Ciao Bella Salon covered Joyce’s gray with an all-over blonde color, keeping it light for easy maintenance.  She also added highlights to brighten her face and lowlights to add dimension.  Whitney cleaned up her ends by removing a little length, giving her hair lift.  She created movement by cutting in some layers which Joyce can wear flipped up or turned under.  Joyce loves her low-maintenance, versatile new do!
